In my last term as Headmaster at this wonderful school it gives me great pleasure to celebrate the outstanding findings in our Inspection report following their visit just last month. I’d like to take this opportunity to sincerely thank all of our staff, pupils and parents for the part that they have played in ensuring our school is one that is regarded so highly by an independent team of experts. I know that this hard work will undoubtedly continue into the future. A successful school depends on a successful team. This begins in our Early Years in which a full house of 5 ‘Outstanding’ judgements is a terrific achievement. Our support teams and boarding staff have ensured that we meet all the regulatory requirements and are fully compliant, and our teaching staff have ensured that we achieved the highest possible grading of Excellent in both Pupil Achievement and Pupil Personal Development categories. ISI reports are the go-to guide to reflect closely on the true quality of a school’s broad educational provision, and while we are very pleased with this report, which gives us the highest rating possible, we are not complacent, and we continue to challenge ourselves to grow and improve in all we do, and prepare our young children for life. So I would like to end this week’s comment from me with a big thank you and I hope that you will celebrate this achievement with us.
