What a way to begin the Summer term and to welcome the children back to Thone House. Having returned on Sunday evening, it has been wonderful to have the sun shining, the luscious green grass and of course the extra time. Thone have embraced the opportunity to play cricket rounders and 40/40 family tag, making the most of the space, light and warm summer evenings. There has, of course, been the ever popular visit to the Keeling Pool for a fun swim and the opportunity to have a dip to simply cool down!

Thone are very much looking forward to their trips and experiences this term. Quickly approaching is the ‘Spring back into Thone’ afternoon, organised by Miss Roper and Mrs Margenout and an outing to Exmouth Beach with Mr Chaffey, Mr Rousell and I. Looking further ahead, Thone are also excited about the trips to Football Golf, The Great Wood, The South West Deer Rescue Park and Weston-Super-Mare.
