Graham Davidson selected on Swim England’s Coach 2024 Programme

Taunton School’s Head of Swimming Development, Graham Davidson, has recently been selected as one of the coaches on England’s Elite Swim Programme.

Swim England’s Coach 2024 Programme is aimed at developing the next generation of elite swimming coaches and will support and mentor coaches who are working at the upper level of the England Talent Pathway.
Out of over 50 applicants, Graham was just one of 18 of the nation’s top coaches who was chosen to undertake the 14-month training which will further enhance his technical knowledge, and enable him to gain more experience in high performance coaching.

Graham Davidson said: “I am thrilled to have such a great opportunity to gain invaluable training with Swim England. It’s an honour to be able to learn from the best and I look forward to putting it into practice with our swimmers at Taunton School and Taunton Deane Swimming Club.”

Launching on 30th October, the elite Coach 2024 programme consists of a number of workshops and mentoring sessions that will help the coaches learn and absorb British Swimming and England Talent coaching principles into their daily coaching methods.
