Extended "Wake Up, Shake Up" for Children in Need

Posted: 16th November 2018

Another very busy week draws to a close. We have enjoyed lots of proud moments from the children, across both the Nursery and the Pre-Prep.

Our week began with a very well-rehearsed Year 2 Assembly, showcasing some of the children’s work around the London topic this term. Thank you to the Year 2 team, Madame Ashmore and Mrs Hornsby, for all that you did to prepare the children for this.

We have also enjoyed welcoming the Year 3 & 4 children this morning, for a very busy, spotty and extended ‘Wake up Shake up’ to raise money for BBC Children in Need. Thank you to all of you who came to see this co-ordinated ‘spectacle’ this morning. Thank you again to Mrs Lawson for making us all smile, three mornings a week, come rain or shine.

Unfortunately, we have had a couple of incidents with cars on-site here this week. The school has now asked a traffic consultant to visit the school to make suggestions about the management of traffic on-site. So whilst we are going through this process, I do ask that everyone is mindful of the school speed limit and suggest that you please park in the designated parking spaces. Thank you.

I look forward to seeing some of you at Monday’s exciting Year 1 sharing assembly from 8.35 – 9.00 am.
Have a good weekend.
