Another busy half of term draws to a close. The children of Thone have had a blast! It truly is amazing how much they manage to squeeze in. From trampolining to swimming, climbing to cookery, Thone have made the most of each and every minute. Last weekend saw us demonstrating how fiercely competitive we can all be, battling it out in teams at the bowling alley. Whilst Mr Wells’ team took the ‘top team’ crown, Jessica Oppenheim stole the show with an impressive score of 143. Time spent in the arcades was extremely popular, none more so than by Charlie Carruthers who walked away with over 1000 tickets and some rather impressive prizes. Returning to Thone just in time for the rugby meant that we finished our afternoon in enormously high spirits. A thoroughly enjoyable weekend to finish off what has been an action packed and hugely entertaining half of term. Definitely now time to rest and recharge before the fun starts all over again.
