Lyme Time

Last weekend, Thone House headed to the beach at Lyme Regis for a day of good old-fashioned outdoor fun. Fossil-hunting, metal-detecting, shell-collecting, sandcastle-making, fire-making, marshmallow-toasting, kite-flying, pebble-skimming, rock-pooling, ice cream-eating, paddling, chatting, napping and competitive games of cricket, netball and touch rugby – coupled with a healthy dose of fresh sea air and glorious sunshine, with magnificent blue skies; a wonderful way to end what has been a fabulous term! Next term, we are excited to be welcoming a few new members to our boarding family. Until then, from all at Thone, we would like to wish you all a very happy Easter.
