During June, all four houses at TPS joined forces for a Joint House Charity Day to raise funds for Love Musgrove — the official charity of Musgrove Park Hospital. The pupils rose to the challenge of baking and selling cakes and sweet treats; partaking in an online general knowledge quiz; completing chores around the home; and walking, running and cycling long distances—with children covering distances of up to 10 miles!
The incredible efforts shown by the pupils, and generous donations made by them and their families, has seen an impressive £1,044 raised for Love Musgrove. These additional funds will go towards enabling the hospital to improve services, purchase new equipment and provide a positive environment for both patients and their families. Thank you to the whole school community; a fabulous team effort!
