Taunton School will be holding Easter Revision Courses over March 2022, offering intensive tuition to UK and international students. These sessions will help students to start their revision early, ensuring they have time to consolidate their learning and knowledge in a structured and supportive environment.

What do the sessions involve?
Sessions will be led by subject-specialist teachers, working with small groups (averaging six students per class) to ensure they are confident and well-prepared for their GCSE and A Level examinations. Each course is tailored to the needs of the students in the class, taking into consideration their examination board and any specific areas of concern.
On day one, the course will begin introductory workshop by a speaker on exam technique, study skills, revision planning, dealing with stress and wellbeing. The sessions will also cover revision and exam techniques including understanding exam language, closing gaps in knowledge and unpicking tricky questions. This will be delivered through up to 13 hours of intensive tuition per subject including one-to-one support.
How is the day structured?
Students can choose one subject per session and study up to two subjects a day. The course is flexible, so students are able to choose whether they attend either a morning or afternoon session, or both.

Is boarding available?
Boarding accommodation is available between 25th March and 30th March (subject to an additional fee of £50 per night).

We offer a wide selection of subjects to choose from in both the morning and afternoon:
- GCSE: Biology, Business studies, Chemistry, Economics, English Language, English Literature, French, Geography, History, ICT, Mathematics, Physics, Spanish, Travel and Tourism
- A Level: Biology, Chemistry, Economics, English, French, Geography, History, Mathematics, Physics, Psychology, Religious studies and philosophy, Spanish
