OTs Celebrate at President’s Dinner

OTA President's Dinner 2025

In May, the Old Tauntonian Association (OTA) gathered to bid farewell to outgoing president Anthony Forester-Bennett (Goodland, 1968-1978) and welcome incoming president Victoria Price (Weirfield, 1976-1978).

Anthony has successfully led the OTA over the past two years, strengthening engagement with Old Tauntonians, particularly younger members of the Association. Anthony attended events across the country and has made strides to make the OTA more efficient.

Our new President, Victoria, is eager to harness the broad talents within the school’s alumni and to make sure that the OTA offering fits with the needs and wants of all past pupils.

The evening was made even more special by the presence of eight past and present OTA Presidents, with nearly 70 guests enjoying a wonderful meal prepared by the Taunton School kitchen team. A highlight of the event was an enlightening talk by Sir Peter Westmacott (Foxcombe, 1964-1968), former British Ambassador to the USA, France, and Turkey, who shared his insights on The World Today.
