Celebrating 40 Years: The Class of 1986 Reunion

In June, we were delighted to welcome back members of the Class of 1986 as they returned to the school, same for the first time since leaving, to celebrate an impressive forty years since their departure. The reunion began with welcome drinks and guided tours, offering alumni the chance to revisit familiar corners of the campus and see their former houses once again.

After the tour, guests then gathered in the Old Library for a relaxed afternoon tea, providing plenty of time to reconnect and catch up. Later in the afternoon they were joined by fellow contemporaries to enjoy an OTs cricket match on the Front, captained by Charles Walker (Marshall, 1975-1986) and Ben Hunt (School House, 1987-1989).
As part of the afternoon, we also officially unveiled our new scoreboard with a ribbon cutting ceremony.

Generously funded by OTs, the Compton Adam Scoreboard honours the memories of Matthew Compton (Wills West, 1983-1987) and Will Adam (Marshall, 1974-1985). It was especially meaningful to have members of both families present for the unveiling.
