David Ford
Founder of Eloquent Technologies
David graduated from Liverpool University in 1999 and began his career in the nuclear industry, working on mission-critical IT systems before moving to CSC. In 2009, amidst the challenges of the UK financial crisis, he founded Eloquent Technologies, which has since grown into a successful UK company specialising in cloud technology.

Nuria Pastor
Private Practice lawyer in Fieldfisher LLP’s Technology and Data Team
Nuria specialises in data protection and data regulations and has spent more than 20 years advising global clients on privacy and data protection compliance matters. In recent years, Nuria has advised clients on new product roll out risk assessments, including for products incorporating AI/Gen AI technologies. Nuria supports clients handling personal data security breaches, data subject requests and regulatory investigations. Nuria works for a varied range of clients and sectors with a focus on life sciences and digital health and other sectors such as technology and travel.

Mo Tanweer
Lecturer at the Judge Business School, Cambridge University
With a career spanning investment banking, academia and consulting, Mo Tanweer helps businesses navigate the challenges of integrating AI into their business models. Teaching at the University of Cambridge’s Judge Business School and the Rotterdam School of Management, Mo specialises in how AI and other global megatrends, from demographic transitions to climate change, reshape economics, labour markets and geopolitics. Mo’s research dives into the profound economic shifts AI brings and the practical hurdles businesses face when adopting emerging technologies. Mo also advises the United Nations on in-country policies and strategic advice on a range of sectors, from demography to digital transformations.

Nathan Wilkinson
Principal Employee Central & Onboarding Consultant at SAP-SuccessFactors
Nathan holds a degree in Biochemistry with Molecular Biology from Leeds University and began his career in retail HR before moving into the technology side of HR, recruitment, and payroll as cloud systems emerged. For the past 15 years, he has worked at SAP UK, implementing SAP SuccessFactors for a wide range of global clients. Nathan’s experience with AI includes helping organisations deploy AI driven tools, using AI to support employee development, and tracking how emerging technologies are reshaping recruitment practices.
