Event Information
You are warmly invited to join us for a special event celebrating the work of artist Tom Young. Tom is a British artist based in Beirut, whose work has been exhibited across Europe, America, Cuba, the Middle East and India.
Due to the current conflict, Tom is unable to travel to the UK at this time. We are, however, very fortunate that our own top historian, author and former British Army Officer, Rob Gallimore has generously stepped in to guide us through the incredible history of Lebanon.
Drawing on Tom’s remarkable paintings, Rob will tell the story of a country once known as ‘the jewel of the Middle East’.
We hope that Tom will be able to join us later in the year, and we look forward to welcoming you to what promises to be a moving and insightful event.
