We are seeking to appoint a Dance Teacher to teach all aspects of dance including jazz and contemporary, or any other style required, to children from Nursery to Year 8. The role will involve planning, preparing and teaching effective lessons which meet the educational requirements of the pupils in the Preparatory School. You will prepare and organise dance routines and workshops for shows and prepare children for festivals and performances where required. You will also be involved in the Play in a Day, which will take place on Wednesdays. It is possible, depending upon the candidate, that this role could be combined with another role within the School.

Our School ethos is of a shared responsibility and positive contribution from all to the life and work of this busy six-day-a-week boarding and day community. This is what makes Taunton School such a thriving, energetic and well-rounded Independent School. We offer a competitive package and an outstanding educational environment in which to work.
