Hours per week: Term time only 40 or 20 hours a week. Shifts will include evenings and weekends – no split shifts

Salary: £7.50 an hour

Background

Taunton School is just over 170 years old and is an Independent School for over 1,100 boys and girls aged 0 – 18 years, with approximately 300 boarders. We aim to challenge, inspire and nurture young people to succeed in a global community.

Taunton School are seeking to appoint general dining room assistants to assist with the smooth operation of the catering department. We have either full time (40 hours) or part time (20 hours) positions available. All positions would be part of the rota and will include working evenings and weekends. This is a term time only position with a requirement to work 5-10 extra weeks in the holidays.

The successful candidates will provide the highest possible standards of cleanliness within the dining halls and the areas which you work and assist in the delivery of events and hospitality across the site including set up, stewarding and break down.
