Speech and Drama teacher

Job Title: Speech and Drama teacher
Responsible to: Headmaster of the Preparatory School
Hours per week: The hours of work will be dependent upon the number of students taught. It is envisaged that the role will amount to two days per week, although this may fluctuate.
Contract: Permanent
Start date: September 2019
Closing date: Midnight on Sunday 19th May 2019
Interview date: Wednesday 22nd or Friday 24th May 2019

Taunton School is over 170 years old and is an Independent School for approximately 1000 boys and girls aged 0 – 18 years, with circa 300 boarders. We aim to challenge, inspire and nurture young people to succeed in a global community. An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our busy and thriving preparatory school as a Speech and Drama teacher commencing from September 2019.

The successful post holder will provide high quality Speech and Drama tuition to pupils aged 6-13 years on an individual or, in some cases, on a group or ensemble basis.
