Reports to: Sports Club Manager

Hours per week: 40 hours a week

Salary: £8.50 an hour

Taunton School are recruiting a Sports Club Duty Supervisor who will bring drive, enthusiasm and a ‘can do’ attitude to the role. With onsite facilities including two swimming pools, two sports halls, a fitness suite, a gymnasium, an indoor climbing wall and various outside spaces serving both a School and commercial community, this role will be both interesting and varied.

The purpose of the role will be the main point of contact for Sports Club during you shift, and run the shift in a safe and effective manner. You will also assist in the overall running of the Sports Club, and in the organisation of programmes or events for the benefit of the membership and the School.

Qualifications and Experience:

Possess or be willing to obtain:

  • RLSS NPLQ Lifeguards Certificate.

  • First Aid qualification.

  • An appropriate qualification in Sports and Fitness/Leisure Management.

  • Previous supervisory experience would be advantageous.
