PAC were treated to a personal survival training session from Ms Pike, Head of PE in the Senior School. The children began by learning how to enter the water safely in various conditions before practicing keeping themselves afloat and heads above the above the water. This was followed by learning some emergency survival skills including the ‘help’ position to keep as warm as possible. Finally, the children learnt how how to rescue someone else, whilst crucially keeping themselves safe!
