Wake Up, Shake Up for Comic Relief

Thank you to all the parents who came to our Year One sharing assembly on Monday. It was so nice to see so many of you there and to hear so confidently from the children about their Egg find in the Woods. The pupils made beautiful, creative work following this. How super that even Mrs Hornsby found the perfect songs to sing following the same theme.

We have also had a large number of our children enter the Taunton Festival of Arts this week. Mr Riggs has been incredibly proud to share the success of the children he tutors. Our parents have also shared how impressive and individual, the children’s performances have been. We have also heard about how our children were so kind to other performers taking part who weren’t so confident.

Finally, we end the week with our Red themed, extended — Wake Up, Shake Up – including Years 3 & 4, in aid of Comic Relief. Thank you to the wonderful Mrs Lawson for brightening our mornings, bringing us all together and keeping us moving.
