TSI Take It Easy
The past week at Foxcombe has been a relaxed one, with the students enjoying movie nights in the hall whilst taking trips to the gym to relax and relieve stress following the school day.
At the weekend many of the students like to cook in the common room, creating delicious dishes that make the common room smell wonderful, as they spend time socialising together. This weekend there was also a trip to Locked in a Room in Bristol. Locked in a Room is an escape room where you have 60 minutes to escape a room by solving puzzles and discovering clues. The students really enjoyed the trip and found the pressure of having to escape the room in a specific amount of time incredibly exciting! The groups really loved it and one group managed to escape the room in 52 Minutes!
Finally on the sporting front over the weekend the Football 2nd XI team with Louise, Ian and Alex drew 3-3 away to Clifton College. The Football 3rd XI unfortunately lost 1-4 away to Clifton College, however Kian, Lino and Leone put in a good performance! And Lastly, Koray played for the Hockey 2nd XI losing 1-7 away to Clifton College. However, next week we look forward to seeing him play for the under 16 A’s!
