Head of Badminton – Ms Jo Hall
Our Head of Badminton, Jo Hall, has always had a passion for the sport. Growing up in Guernsey, she began playing when her father became a badminton coach. From here she represented her county as a young player (U11) and went on to play whilst studying at the University of Kent.
During these years many of the game’s rules were different, but modern badminton has become a much faster and competitve game, and is an extremely popular choice for students of all abilities at Taunton School.
Ms Hall, who is known for teaching Mathematics, has continued her love for badminton by running the school club and league.
