Fun and adventure outside of the classroom rarely feels like education and can leave a great lasting impression. That’s why we fully encourage utilising the great outdoors to experience and enjoy new activities and challenges.
From making the most of the school’s extensive outdoor facilities to the local area and beyond, our activities and opportunities are designed to develop great leadership skills and highlight the benefits of working as a team. Essential skills that will serve pupils well during their continuing educational journey and their future careers.
Pupils can also achieve their Bronze, Silver and Gold awards through the Duke of Edinburgh Award Scheme which delivers training in expedition skills.
For more information on the Duke of Edinburgh Award Scheme, please contact our DoE Co-ordinator, Philip Edwards, via firstname.lastname@example.org, or our Expeditions Supervisor, Paul Sainsbury, via email@example.com.
