Pre-Sessional lessons take place on weekdays from Wednesday 20th August to Friday 29th August inclusive.

Course fees include tuition, accommodation, meals, lesson materials and equipment, insurance, trips, activities and excursions. A £750 deposit is payable to secure a place on the course(s) listed above. The balance is payable no later than Friday, 30th May 2025. If booking after this date, the balance is due no later than 2-weeks before the student's arrival date The school reserves the right to refuse a student if fees are unpaid.

The initial payment of £750 must be paid within 14 days of receiving the invoice in order to secure a place.

The school provides free airport transfers on the published arrival and departure days for flights arriving and departing between 0900 and 1800. This service applies to London Heathrow and Bristol airports only and on receipt of the completed travel form no later than 30 days prior to the start of the course. This applies to the six-week Summer School only. The School does not provide free airport transfers for students attending the Pre-Sessional course. The School does not organise/book airport transfers on parents/guardians behalf or provide Unaccompanied Minor support outside these dates and times. The school does not offer transfers to children or adults other than the student applicant.

Free transfers are by coach, minibus or private taxi. Students typically share vehicles For logistical reasons, students may not choose a preferred mode of transport.

Taunton School International Summer School carries Studentguard+ Commercial Travel Insurance underwritten by Ortus The policy has limited cover for cash and personal belongings For example, no electrical goods such as mobile phones, tablets and laptops are included in the cover. A full copy of the policy is available on request Before you arrive in the UK, we strongly recommend that you review the level of cover and take out additional insurance if you feel it necessary.

Please check any visa requirements with your nearest British consulate and ensure that you apply in plenty of time.

Please check that your child's Passport is valid for at least 6 months after the date of leaving the UK.

Summer School and Short Course registrations: We understand that the Terms and Conditions of the School will undergo reasonable changes from time to time as circumstances require and will apply in all our dealings with the school. We acknowledge and agree that the terms and conditions attached of the School form part of the contract between us and the School In particular, we agree to pay the fees and supplemental charges when due and to provide information about travel, medical and educational needs by the set deadlines.

We understand also that the School (through the Principal, as the person responsible) may obtain, process and hold personal information about our child, including sensitive information such as medical details, and we consent to this in order to safeguard and promote the welfare of the child.

Acceptance: We understand that our child's place on the Summer School or Short Course is not confirmed until an invoice has been received from the Summer School office and a £750 initial payment has been received The offer of a place is subject to availability, the entry requirements at the time and the Terms and Conditions of Taunton School International and Taunton School.

With the offer of a place, the Summer School office will send an invoice along with a copy of our Terms and Conditions, Course Rules and Behaviour Policy. By paying the deposit, we acknowledge receipt of a copy of the current Terms and Conditions, Course Rules and Behaviour Policy, and we agree that we and our child shall observe and be bound by the Course Rules as varied from time to time.
