Taunton School’s U14 netball team came home as reigning champions after competing in the England Netball International Festival in Paris during October half term.
In continued netball success, 17 students have been selected onto the England Netball Performance Pathway, including Somerset U13 County Satellite Academy, Somerset U15 County Academy, Team Bath U19 Hub and Team Bath U17s. One student has been selected to play for the Northern Ireland U17 squad.
The school has had a successful term of netball as they also celebrate all three age groups qualifying for the regional finals.
Last month the U14 team were crowned county champions after being unbeaten during the entire tournament. Both the U16s and U19s finished as runners-up meaning that all three teams progress to the finals, which take place in Bournemouth in January.
Well done to all the girls for a successful autumn term of netball.
