Access to onsite refreshment in our state of the art dining facility

In 2020 we built a state-of-the-art dining hall with a large modern kitchen to accommodate the whole school community. This is a light and spacious facility which is open to staff.


Free onsite parking

Ok, so it’s not that exciting, but as a large employer close to the town centre we feel it is a benefit to be able to park onsite at no cost!

Cycle to Work scheme

In partnership with Co-operative Flexible Benefits, we offer a Cycle to Work scheme.  This is a Government initiative which sees staff make significant tax savings.

It’s not just the wellbeing of our students that is important to us. We know that promoting wellbeing can help prevent stress and create positive working environments where individuals and organisations can thrive. We have a dedicated section on our Intranet to Wellbeing. Within this are tips for wellbeing; self-guided resources; wellbeing policy; coronavirus support; “someone to talk to” and more.
