An Evening with Gatting and Gooch

The BTEC students of Taunton School are delighted to offer guests a memorable evening in the company of two of England cricket’s most famous characters and captains Graham Gooch and Mike Gatting. The statistics speak for themselves, as two of England’s greatest batsman Graham Gooch and Mike Gatting played a combined total of 197 Test Matches, scoring over 13,300 runs.
The event will also be hosted by our guest MC for the evening, BBC National Radio commentator, Mr Pat Murphy. Pat has been reporting on the beautiful game for over 30 years and has written many books (44) including the acclaimed biographies of Brian Clough and Ian Botham.
The evening will consist of welcome drinks, 3-course dinner, speeches from both guests, and an auction.
