Julian began his career as an engineer in the Royal Navy, subsequently obtaining a teaching qualification and moving into the independent education sector.
He has more than 20 years’ school leadership experience in the UK, South America and Southeast Asia. He is now based in Devon and works as a consultant advising schools in the UK and internationally on organisation and leadership development.
