Rugby Performance Camp

Experience a day in the life of a professional rugby player with sessions dedicated to speed, time in the gym and on-field rugby practice. As well as time improving your skills, you will also enjoy a
talk from a guest speaker on what it’s like to be a professional rugby player followed by a Q+A.

Monday 3rd April
U11 – U13s – 10am – 1pm, U14 – U15s – 12pm – 3pm

Tuesday 4th April
U14 – U15s – 10am – 1pm, U11 – U13s – 12pm – 3pm
