Juniors (aged 8-10)

9.30am – 11am – Breaststroke

Seniors (aged 11-13)

9.30am – 10.30am – breaststroke land based training with Tim Thompson

11am – 12.30pm – Breaststroke

Thursday 13^th April: Butterfly 

Juniors (aged 8-10)

9.30am – 11am – Butterfly

Seniors (aged 11-13)

9.30am – 10.30am – butterfly land based training with Tim Thompson

11am – 12.30pm – Butterfly

Costs: £12 for juniors, £15 for seniors

Swim Performance Clinic 

Thursday 13^th April

A performance clinic designed for club swimmers aged 12+ to be inspired by Sonny Trigg “the swimsuit guy” on Instagram and Youtube

As part of the day participants will have a one hour gym session (with Sonny and Mr Thompson), a technique-based swim session (with Sonny and Miss Mottram) and a seminar and Q+A all with TheSwimsuitGuy himself!

Times:

1.30pm – 2.30pm – Gym session

2.45pm – 4.15pm – Swim session

4.30pm – 5.30pm – Seminar / Q+A

Cost: £25 per ticket, limited spaces.
